For the purpose of renewing the millage for operation purposes for Republic Township, shall the ad valorem taxes collected on all property within the Township of Republic, County of Marquette, Michigan, be continued in the amount of 5 mills ($5.00 per $1,000 of taxable value) for a period of four (4) years from 2026-2029 all years inclusive (the taxes collected from this renewal for the first year would amount to approximately $409,300.00).
